Listed below you will find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.  If your question is not answered below, please contact us and we will answer your question(s) usually within 24 hours.

1. What kind of candy do your wrappers fit over?
The pre-designed wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz Nestle Crunch or Hershey's Chocolate Bar (regular size candy bar). The pre-designed and custom designed mini wrappers fit over the Hershey Assorted Miniature candy bars.  We have a wide variety of candy and candy wrappers that are custom designed. Some of our most popular choices are:  Trident (5 or 18 stick), Breathsavers, Lifesavers, Microwave Popcorn, Rolo, Snack Size KitKat,  and Giant size (7 oz) Chocolate bar.  We will do our best to create a wrapper to fit any other candy you would like.  Any of our custom designed wrappers can be modified to fit any of our products; however, our pre-designed wrappers ONLY fit the 1.55 oz. candy bars.

2. Is the candy included with the wrappers?
You can purchase your personalized wrapper wrapped around the candy or you can save money by purchasing and wrapping your own candy. The choice is yours.

3. Can I purchase the wrappers only?
Yes. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper-only prices. We recommend our customers purchase "wrappers only" during the warm weather months to save on express courier delivery charges and cool packaging for chocolate items in particular.

4.  If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them?
With all completed wrapper-only orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick or double-sided tape roller. Ordering wrappers only is preferable during the summer months to avoid melting of candy and is a savings on shipping charges, especially for the chocolate items.  You will also receive your wrapper only order faster.

5. What type of paper do you use?
We feature a high-quality glossy paper. This premium laser paper provides a high image contrast that brings out the vibrant colors of your custom designed wrapper. We tested many papers and found this one to be the best for printing and wrapping the candy bars.  However, our Do-It-Yourself wrappers are a premium non-glossy paper so you are able to personalize them yourself with a color ink printer, markers, pens, or paint pens.

6. What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept PayPal (credit card payment), money orders, and personal checks. All transactions are handled by a secure server to encrypt and protect your personal information.

7. What method of shipping will be used to mail my order?
You can choose to have your order shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). If you order personalized wrappers and candy bars during warm weather months, it is suggested you use an express shipping option. Other times a 2-3 day shipping option will work.  If you order wrappers only, you can choose what type of shipping option you would like. USPS offers a delivery confirmation option, UPS offers a tracking system. 8. How do I place an order?
Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our small staff is dedicated to keeping prices low for our valued customers, therefore, online or e-mail requests are the most efficient way to get a prompt response. If you need a completed order before 2 weeks, you may be charged for a rush service and express delivery.  Check out our contact us for additional ways to contact us.

9.  What type of information do I need to have before ordering?
You need to decide on a wrapper design, phrase and typestyle or have us create a custom design for you. The link for ordering is at the top of each page. There are also suggestions for phrases in the tips section of this site.

10. How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock orders take approximately 2 to 4 days to produce after a proof is approved and payment is received and will be shipped thereafter (if you need it sooner, we will make every effort to do so, but you may be charged a rush fee).  Birth announcement orders take priority (and will not be charged a rush fee if the wrapper is in stock).  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of a tentative ship date. Every effort is made to complete your order as quickly as possible.  When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail notifying you of shipment.

11. Can I see a proof of my personalized product before you ship it?
Yes, all orders include a free proof that you will be able to view through our web site. We always prefer to have you look at your proof of your personalized product before we start your order.  If you need to make changes after viewing your proof, you can request a new proof or allow us to make the changes and proceed with your order.

12. When shipping chocolate bars, how do you keep them from melting in the heat and/or breaking?
We package the bars so that they are very well protected against both damage and melting. In warmer weather, it is suggested that you order wrappers only and wrap them yourself for the best results. If you do not prefer to do this, we can ship your personalized candy bars in a conditioned cooler with an overnight delivery which will increase your costs. If you are undecided, e-mail us and we can give you the approximate pricing of each option. Additionally, the bars should be shipped to an address where someone will be there to receive them so the bars are not left outside.

When storing your chocolates, keep them in a cool, dry area. If by some chance you do leave your bars in the heat for a while, there is usually no problem if slight softening does occur. Simply allow bars to harden at a cool room temperature. DO NOT freeze bars, as this will cause them to turn white and powdery on the outside. (This won't affect the taste, but the chocolate will not look as good.) If you like you can place them in the refrigerator, but this is not necessary. Bars will harden nicely if left at average room temperature.

13. Is there printing on the back of the wrapper?
Yes, but the amount of text you are able to use will vary depending upon the wrapper you choose. The proof you are provided will show both the front and the back of the wrapper.

14. How do I decide upon the printing for the front and back of the wrapper?
Our All-Purpose and Special Events Wrappers fit most any occasion.  Our custom designed wrappers can be designed exactly as you would like.  You might want to place your "announcement" on the front of the wrapper, and your creative customized message on the back.  Keep in mind - this is your opportunity to get creative, have some fun and send those you care about that "just right" message. The possibilities are endless, the space for your customized message, however, is not. The wrappers look the best when you limit your message to an appropriate amount (3 or 4 lines) of text with about 30 letters (including spaces) per line. Each wrapper design is different. The amount of text accepted varies with each wrapper design. If you're unsure, just ask. We'd be more than happy to assist you in making the very best selection for that special person, couple, group, occasion or event!

15. What if I want to place a photograph or logo on my wrapper?
You may provide text or graphics files which can be incorporated into a design via email or regular mail, or we can scan your hardcopy photo or graphic.  Please see the "use a photo" section for pre-designed wrappers that would accept a photo or logo and custom designed wrappers with a photo(s).  Photographs look best on pre-designed wrappers in which there is no imbedded design, or you can always go with a custom designed wrapper in which we can place the photo or logo exactly where you would like it. 

There is an additional charge for this option, identified in the pricing section. Please note that we cannot include copyrighted images, such as those from Disney, Warner Bros., etc.  We also must have written permission to reproduce photos that have been taken by a professional photographer.

16. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We request that all orders be placed at least 10 business days prior to the event. We can make exceptions for birth announcement ordered in advance, as noted in the birth announcement section.

17. Do you accept international orders?

We will accept orders from outside of the United States, US territories, and Canada. However, we will accept orders only for wrappers (no candy), since there are import restrictions on shipping perishables like chocolate. Please note that international orders must be paid by credit card only. Also, we ship international orders via Airborne Express.

18. Do you have a brochure or catalog?
We do not have a brochure or catalog because our web site is updated continuously to provide you with the most current information. 

19. What is your refund/return policy?
We offer an error free guarantee.  If your order arrives with an error made by us (and was not on the original proof), we will reprint your order at no charge.  If the error was made by you, we will offer to reprint your order at a reduced cost.

20. Do you have a privacy policy?
We sure do. You can read our full policy here. In a nutshell, we do not sell or share, in any way, any information with any outside company or agency. Your information is very safe and secure.

21. Do you have any references?
We're happy to share some of the wonderful testimonials our customers have made about us.

22. What about sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for any order shipped to a Pennsylvania address. At this time, all other online orders are free of sales tax.

23. I see you have a color laser printer.  What does that mean to my order?
You will be remarkably pleased and surprised with the sharp printing and images a color laser printer provides.  Color pictures (like of the wedding couple, birthday/retirement/anniversary honorees, etc.) look great.  A color laser printer also offers you a wide variety of customization for your wrapper or label.
